These conditions govern the sales of digital maps, Minecraft server hosting services, and pre-configured Minecraft server machines by HICHIBO, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”.
- Purchase of MapsThe purchase of any map is subject to a possibility of a refund within 30 days after purchase. Beyond this period, no refunds will be possible.
- Minecraft Server Hosting ServiceAccording to French law, the purchase of Minecraft server hosting services is generally not eligible for a refund. However, given the nature dependent on the technical performance of these services, the Seller offers a refund for unused days or those affected by technical problems.
- Purchase of Pre-configured Minecraft ServersThe purchase of a pre-configured Minecraft server is considered a custom order made upon request. As such, this type of purchase is not eligible for a refund. Customers are encouraged to be sure of their decision before making a purchase, as indicated on the product page. Returns are only allowed in cases of product defects. The warranty provided by the supplier is as follows: a one-year warranty during which the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In the second and third years, repairs are possible, but the customer will be charged for the parts that need to be replaced.
