General Information
These conditions govern the sales of digital maps, Minecraft server hosting services, and pre-configured Minecraft server machines by HICHIBO, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”.
Purchase of Maps, Pre-configured Servers, and Plugins
The purchase of any map, pre-configured Minecraft server, or plugin is considered a custom order and a downloadable product. As such, these types of purchases are not eligible for a refund. Customers are encouraged to be sure of their decision before making a purchase, as indicated on the product page. Returns are only allowed in cases of product defects. The warranty provided by the supplier is as follows: a one-year warranty during which the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In the second and third years, repairs are possible, but the customer will be charged for the parts that need to be replaced.
Minecraft Server Hosting Service
According to French law, the purchase of Minecraft server hosting services is generally not eligible for a refund. However, given the nature dependent on the technical performance of these services, the Seller offers a refund for unused days or those affected by technical problems. Note that the term “unlimited” hosting is subject to availability, with a maximum limit of 32 GB of RAM.
Privacy Policy
The Seller commits to protecting the confidentiality of users’ personal information. Cookies may be used to enhance the user experience, track visit statistics, optimize site functionalities, and for advertising purposes.
